Events Producer (UK)

Get our client’s set-up by planning client’s livestream shopping show formats (creative format, timing, online channel planning, rota) and getting each step signed-off by the client into live delivery.

Requirements

  • Come up with the creative idea behind each brand’s series of livestream shopping shows so that they are unique and engaging to their consumers.

  • Work with the technology team to ensure that the livestream platform is set-up for the brand before they launch (with their brand format).

  • Work with the client’s team to ensure that there is a digital traffic strategy to get consumers to the livestream shopping shows (social media, email, sms in-app notification, web banners).

  • Work with the client’s team to select the write presenter and scriptwriter for their shows.

  • Work with the client to agree the right studio design space that is in line with the client’s brand execution.

  • Confirm that consumer engagement & event sales objectives are agreed with the client and clearly understood.

  • Work with any lead creative agencies on show formatting, content strategy and studio build to ensure creative alignment with the client’s master brand.

Account Director (UK)

Manage each client in-life from launch onwards and ensure that livestream show operations are running smoothly, the client is hitting their consumer engagement and live show sales targets.

Requirements

  • Take the event production concept agreed with the client and make it happen for the brand with livestream shopping shows – working closely with the client team and also with the broadcast studio team. You will be the key link between the client and the livestream shopping shows.

  • Traffic management: responsibility for driving and improving the traffic generation plan to acquire consumer sign-ups to livestream show events together with the client.

  • ROI/KPI performance management: responsibility for ensuring that the client is achieving their target ROI and KPIs as per the agreed; leveraging analytical event data to suggest improvements to future shows (giveaways, traffic, offers, presenters, script direction, etc).

  • Sample management: manage all product samples (both physical and digital goods) on behalf of client’s and their vendors.

  • Giveaway management: select, acquire and manage all prize giveaways.

  • Studio staff co-ordination: Co-ordinate with livestream studio staff to ensure performance and quality standards are met (presenters, scriptwriters, studio set-up).

  • Operational service management: ensure partners are delivering to SLAs and escalate response areas to partners (technology downtime, presenter timekeeping, etc).

Video Editorial & Motion Graphics Lead

Help our client's to monetise and repurpose their long-format livestream video content into short-form recorded content on & off-platform.

Requirements

  • Plan & manage the video monetisation templates on & off platform.

  • Manipulate raw livestream footage into a range of short-form footage.

  • Work with proprietary tools to build deep links into videos to make shoppable video formats.
